quick thing before you read, this is a one shot. I have very very very little intention of making a Xian novel, as they are extremely hard, and kinda repetitive. I thank you for reading, and I hope you will enjoy this story.
The Start of Vengeance
________________________________________________________________
High in the mountains, in a place far removed from civilization, stood a young boy. The boy was looking back at his old home, of which had fallen into decay.
It was in a valley, surrounded by all sides by mountain ranges that harbored vicious beasts. to the east was the World Ocean, which was said to be endless. His home was a peaceful wooden cabin, that was neither too large nor small. It was just the size for three people.
But none of that mattered now that he was determined to never come back to this sanctuary of nature. The boy turned back to look at the Ocean, his blue-gold eyes filled with sadness and loss. he stared towards the sunrise, as if wishing for the sun to enlighten him on his plight.
As he stared a small, furry, cat stalked over towards him. the cat leaned against the boy's leg and meowed, trying to get the boy's attention. It had been two years since the boy had found the cat under a beautiful white tree with pink pedals. The cat was a similar shade of white and pink, with a small black, button nose, and crimson red eyes that occasionally flashed with cunning intelligence. But right now, the cat's eyes also reflected a similar sadness as the boy's, only it was less intense.
drip
a tear splattered onto the ground off of the boy's face. Why didn't he make it in time, why could't she hold on for another day. As these and similar thoughts ran through his head, his fist clenched down, slowly breaking the jade bottle that held a liquid that smelled of peaches and newly cut grass. the cat meowed again, looking at the boy's trembling hand.

*CRASH*
The bottle broke, spilling the liquid on to the cat, which hissed in displeasure as it started to glow. the glow dissolved the liquid that had split onto the cat. The boy's nails started to dig into his palms as he remembered what had happened, and the people who caused her to die. The boy closed his eyes tightly as he shook his head. It was almost as if he thought that doing so would dive these problems out of his mind.
"OW!" The boy withdrew in surprise as he looked towards the claw marks on his leg. The cat was licking it's claws with a hint of satisfaction that only appears when just vengeance has been given.
The boy thought of and wanted to kick the cat, refraining when he notice that his leg wasn't the only place hunting. He looked towards his hand where the bottle had been, sharp jade pieces dug deeply into his wet, numb hand. quickly realizing that the cat was trying to save his hand, and at the same time, tell him it had gotten revenge for pouring smelly liquid on it.
Vengance
The boy took one last look towards the valley.
"I will return here to be with her once my quest is done". the boy though as he started to head towards the sea. The cat followed close behind, a sinister look flashed through it's eyes as if it knew what the boy was going to get into.
Determination burned in his eyes as he walked. He will avenge her, he will find the truth, he will fulfill his vow
all in the name of VENGEANCE.
