Chapter 3 First Encounter
John continuous to test the limits of his abilities for several hours, when going at full speed he is able to skip of trees, and keep himself of the grounds for a substantial amount of time. Despite his weight, when running the only thing one might hear is the crunching of old leaves and twigs. He also learned his claws seem to be magical, as they can leave large gashes in even rocks, yet if he wishes they turn so dull they are only able to tear leaves.
After several hours of testing John has gotten quite accustomed to his new form, and he’s not even tired yet, one would think he had infinite stamina and vigor. John heads back to the cave, however, when standing in front of it, he notices that what he thought was just an odd rock is actually the upper jaw of a gigantic wolf. Quite fitting when one thinks what was hidden inside. John heads inside to see if he forgot something in his excitement. All he finds inside are the same old rabbit bones he saw earlier and the pedestal the vial was standing on.
Suddenly, he hears foot steps outside, they were almost inaudible however with his new enhanced hearing, he still managed to notice it. Walking outside the cave he looks around to see what was making noise, and spots a wolf. At first the wolf seems wholly surprised and befuddled, yet it quickly gathers its bearings and decides to do the smartest thing it has ever done, it lunges towards John, going straight for his throat.
John is hardly phased by this relatively small wolf. Time seems to slow down as John considers his options, as someone who is half wolf at this point, he doesn’t want to outright kill it. However, he can’t just stand there and get bitten either. He decides to do the safest thing; lightly swatting the wolf to the side, making sure not to hit it with his claws. Unsurprisingly the wolf goes flying several feet the the right. landing heavily with a thud, and luckily without injury. John walks over, standing over the wolf. To his surprise the wolf yelps then promptly rolls over on its back, showing him its belly and throat.
John knows instinctively that the wolf is submitting to him. He is somewhat befuddled, as to what he should do next. However, as he stands there pondering, he suddenly feels something is going on with the globule in his heart. He clearly feels that a part of the globule is traveling down his veins, into the palm of his right hand. Unsure of why this happenes, John at least know what he has to do, and promptly slices his own palm with a claw. He gives his palm a slight squeeze and out comes a single drop of blood before the wound closes up again instantly. He lets the droop of blood, run down his finger until it is dangling at the of his claw. John looks at the drop of blood and inside he sees something that disturbs him, running through the drop there are several black lines, like snakes playing in water. However, john elects to forget it for the moment, and quickly reaches down to the wolf with his left and grabs its lower jaw. He opens the wolfs jaw and gently dabs the single drop of blood on the tip of the wolfs tongue.
At first nothing happens, but the wolf quickly starts convulsing and spasming. John wonders if this happened to him as well. He moves back a bit and sit down, analyzing exactly what is happening. As time goes on, John feels something, he can’t really put his finger on what it is. Although he is not really sure what it is, his best guess is that this is some kind of spiritual connection to the wolf. Seeing as how he can not only feel its presence but also tell where and how far away it is. I have always heard wolves were spiritual animals, guess they were right. John continues observing, and eventually the convulsions mostly stop.
At this point the wolf had taken on a much bluer pelt color, almost electric blue. John could tell through his spiritual connection that the wolf was in large amounts of pain, presumably the wolf was going through the same headache as he had, some hours ago. Eventually the wolf got up and was extremely confused. When it looked at John, he clearly noticed intelligence in the wolfs eyes, that was not there before. Suddenly the wolf started cramping and spasming again, however, this time it looked much more like the time when John transformed.
Right in front of Johns eyes, the wolf started transforming, his eyes glued to the wolf while this happened. This his great surprise, the wolf didn’t transform into a werewolf form, like he was expecting. Instead it started transforming into a much more human form, and a woman at that. Her upper arms, outer thighs, hips, back, neck is covered in electric blue fur with white stripes, looking almost like lightning was coursing over her skin. Her forearm and legs had much shorter white hair. While her stomach, inner thighs, chest and throat had human like skin. Silver blue hair and wolf ears adorned her head, while a fluffy tail was sticking out of her lower back. Both her hands and feet still retained their claws. The whole package was complete with a set of blood red eyes. All in all, she looks very much like a wolf-human hybrid.

“Alpha”, she called out. John was startled, not expecting those words, or words at all for that matter. “me?”, “yes, you are my alpha”. John recalls some animal show he watched where they called the pack leader an alpha male. It must be instinctual for her to call me Alpha. John thought. “How can you talk?” John asks. “I’m not sure, but it must be from what you gave me” she answered. Lots of thoughts went through Johns head, but his conclusion was that the bloodline he has is able to not only turn humans, but also wolves into werewolves. Quite the useful information if one wants to create their own pack of werewolves, however one must remember that a wolf pack is filled with constant in fighting about who is the alpha male.
“Wait, how do you have a personality, or thoughts?” John asks. “I’m not sure, I think god jumpstarts us with a personality and some semblance of common sense, as well as our memories of being a wolf.” She answeres. “So, you remember everything that happened when you were a wolf? Can you remember why you came here?” John quizzed her further. “Maybe I should reiterate, it’s not so much my memories. It feels more like bits and pieces of someone else’s memories. The reason I came here, is because this is where my previous pack stayed, before I was sent away by the alpha. Earlier I found the dead body of a former pack member. My former self, still thought she was part of the pack, so she came back to see what happened. Now I realize how foolish My former self was, my pack threw me out because I was not producing litters, making me useless to them. Now however, I am part of your new pack, and I will serve you for the rest of my life.” she answered with gusto.
“huh”, was all that John was able to produce at this time, he had to take so time to process all this new information. “So, you already know about god?” John questioned. “Yes, he has given me some cursory knowledge about him, like the event seven weeks ago,” she responded. “So, you know about that”. After talking some more, John finds out that despite how little she seems to know, she is remarkably smart. John is a bit scared that she might actually be smarter than him, despite being “born” a few minutes ago. “By the way what is the form you are in now?” John quizzes her. ”Oh, this is my wolf-human hybrid, I can also transform into a werewolf form and my original wolf form”. John got slightly annoyed that she got three forms and he only has two, or so he thinks at least.
“Oh, I just realized, what is your name?” john asks.” I don’t have a name”. No name huh, I guess I should give her one, I have never been good with names though John laments. “Would you like me to name you?” John asks. “It would be my honor to receive a name from you, Alpha” she answers. “Hmm, but what to name you? Oh, I’ve got it; Luna. that is your name now”. “Thank you very much Alpha, Luna is honored to receive her name” Luna happily responds.
While John was feeling satisfied with his choice of name. John realized both he and Luna are naked. At first John looks away as to not, however ironic, seem predacious. Luna of course noticed his aversive eyes, “Is something wrong, Alpha?” she askes puzzled, “no-no I just, I just didn’t want to be rude and … look” John responded prudishly. Luna donned a sweet smile and answered “I don’t mind, you can look all you want” unknowingly somewhat coquettishly. John felt like he had a fish bone stuck in his throat, as he looked back at Luna, making sure only to look at her face. However, he allowed himself a few peeks at her perfectly voluptuous body. Despite her body being a feast for the eyes, that was it, there was no other “animalistic urges”. John looked between his legs just to be sure “it” was still there. Luna did of course pick up on where his eyes were going, “you know Alpha, wolves only mate during certain periods of the year” Luna stated. John let out a massive sigh, all his worries disappearing with it, for a moment he thought he might have been impotent. Although that brought John onto the subject of how his children would look now that he has a bloodline, but that is a thought for another time.
Out of Nowhere John hears his stomach grumbling like a thunder cloud. He had completely forgotten that he had not eaten in over a week. Hearing Johns grumbling stomach, “Alpha, should we go out and hunt for some food?”, Luna suggests
