'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the shop,
Engine bays were purring, cream of the crop.
The RPMs were rocking due without care,
in hopes that St. Nick would soon dare.
The tools were hung all snug on the bench,
Alst while the mechanic cranked his wrench.
An the MR2 on its hydralic lift and I in my mechanic's suit,
Changed that air filter with K&N loot.
When outside there arose such a rumble,
I jumped up from the cement, clanked my head, oh what a grumble!
To the window I jumped with a dash,
Saw outside was the deliver truck with my Toyota stash (>
OH!, what little dreams filled my head,
So glad I chose the shop and not the bed.
My wandering eyes were happy and met,
Damn that engine was finally mine, ENGINE. YES. GET!
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid my desires and dreams came
He whistled at me and shouted them - my favorite names!
On GReddy, on Trust!
Now HKS or bust!

TRD2000! Toyo!
Autocross, YOLO! (>< waiii!!!)
To the end of the course
without remourse!
Drift away, drift away!
Drift away all!
As midnight came the turbo did spool,
HKS Turbo PSSSSSSHT sound, so cool! (waiii!)
As I added the GReddy exhaust, manifold and spoiler,
I felt it come over me, a wave of delightful splendor!
I sighed with relief as I would soon hit that track,
She was mine, dressed in a TRD kit from front to back.
A jumble of toys, joys (gadzooks!) and engine bay noise,
The autocross track would hear my screams, dreams and joys!
Her paintjob and prim, trimmed and clean,
Gazooks! My competition will feel she superbly mean, mean mean!
Her headlights all shiny and raised,
I could care less if my opponents praised;
Her tires would be Toyo with rims back from fall,
I would make her scream on the track that is all!
I swear I will make second, first or even third!
It really wouldn't matter, MR2 would be the word!
At the track, opponents and competition, my foes
Took each of them down with my gearknob throws;
A wink of my eye and a twist of my head,
They figured it out, I was quick as lead!
They spoke not a word, because I was too fast;
I feared for the worst, I would not be last!
And laying my finger on the radio dial,
The only thing I could do, was not help but smile!
I sprang from the start, with my turbo shot whistle;
HKS (BOOM!) and Japanese muscle!
They all heard me exclaim as I jumped for the finish line,
"Merry Christmas to all, I want yours to be as good as mine."
Merry Christmas all :)
