Once upon a time there used to be a war that used to be waged on the planet called Paradise. It was a war between two races, the Shadow race and the Earth Race. The Shadow race and the Earth Race both used to look the same and even considered each other brothers and sisters. That was till Pandora was found, when they opened Pandora they found out about magic and many other curses but in turn it took away their hope for a good and happy world. For every thing that is desired there will be an equal thing that you hold dear that you must pay. At the time these two races did not know this and merely accepted everything they could from Pandora. In time it was shown that the Earth race could only control magic at a minimum compared to the Shadow race who were masters at magic. The Earth Race in its jealousy focused on their intelligence and created technology. For centuries both races who were as close as family started to drift further and further apart, till all they held for each other was rivalry. One day a young boy when and looked into Pandora and caused destruction and disaster upon their whole galaxy. When the young boy looked into Pandora he wished to be the smartest person in the world. The young boy got his wish and what he found in Pandora was a silver marble. When he grabbed the marble he gained the ability of photographic memory, which meant that he could remember all that he read. When the young boy turned 15, he was hailed as the smartest person in the world but also later that same year his whole family died. With his families death he started to focus more and more into learning and as he achieved great breakthroughs he started to lose more and more thing in life. First it was his family, then it was his friends, after that others took his inventions as their own. He chose not to give up and still broke through many scientific barrier that had held up their world. He built electricity, telescopes, rockets and even radio, and with each new one he lost more and more but not everything showed up in front of him as clear as the loss of family, friends, and creations. The Earth Race with the new technology started to get greedy and believed they should rule the whole world. They tested the waters by sending small hit squads to some Shadow owned land so that they may have it for themselves. The squad succeeded and killed the Shadows that lived there and as they celebrated they set their eyes on more and more land. What they did not know was that the Shadows also had improved to a degree as well with their magic. The Shadows used magic and saw what happened to their fellow dead Shadows. In rage they attacked the Earthians and war soon followed. The young boy started to get asked to build weapons of mass destruction by his people and so he complied for all he had was knowledge and he hoped to use it help his people. The war dragged on for many years where now the young boy now is no longer a young boy but an old man. The old man turned 900 years old due to his technology which enabled him to live a long life. Even though he lived over 900 years he still had the same innocence of when he was young. From when Earthians asked him to build weapons of mass destruction they moved him to a place to better protect him. Due to the protection he did not know about the bloody war that raged on, he did not know anymore about love or family either for all he saw day in and day out were his inventions and he was content he believed. One day he was working on an invention he believed was a master piece and he focused solely on the invention till he built it. After building his invention he realized his stomach was grumbling. He looked at where the food is usually placed and what he found was nothing but his previous empty tray covered in dust. The old man got up and walked to the door in his home to request some food, when he tried to open the door it would not budge. As he gave it another push the door opened with a squeaking sound. Outside in the corridor he saw no one, he called out and no one answered. He searched the whole base his home was a part of but not a soul could be heard not even occasional dog that would sometimes get lose and run around the base. The old man realizing he was alone when to the elevator to get up to the surface of Paradise for the base and his home millions of miles underground. When he reached the surface all he saw was bodies of Shadows and Earthians. Within the Earthian hands and some Shadows hands he saw his precious inventions which were used to kill one another. With this he lost the last thing that made him special, his innocence. With his innocence lost he realized that he was a monster and he believed a monster should be exterminated. As he was going to end his life he stopped himself for he know it would not change anything so he took a vehicle and roamed the whole of Paradise but no living creature of being was to be found for all he found were bodies. When he realized that he was all alone he started to read archives and think of the reason for why this had happened. He found out that as he built better and Better technology, the Shadows had to build better and better magic to the point where wiped everything with a world level spell. The spell was meant to kill all Earthians in one fell swoop but when they cast the spell they stated that those who were not gifted by Pandora would be the ones to die. They assumed that would be the Earthians but they forgot that those actually gifted by Pandora were long dead except for the old man, so the spell killed all life creating a peaceful world once again as it was intended. As the old man dug even deeper he started to realize that Pandora was the cause of the detrition between the two races and it was the cause of his families and friends deaths as well. He realized that with each new invention he had had created there had been a cost and with his masterpiece created the cost had been all life. First thing he did was destroy his greatest invention in atonement and then he went to Pandora the second and last time in his life. He now knew that for every wish granted there will be an equal price paid. So he offered Pandora his eternal servitude for his world the races one more time. After making his offer he looked inside Pandora and saw another orb but this time it was not silver but gold. When he picked up the orb he gained knowledge on what he must do to make his wish true and what he must do to atone. He built a last invention, but this was not of his making. What he built was a time machine/portal and he went to time Pandora was first discovered. Before the two races found Pandora he went and moved it to another place, a place where no being would thing of looking, a place no one would find on accident. The old man spent eternity guarding Pandora so hope would never be lost from the two races. What he did not know was that the greed of the Earthians and the rage of the Shadows would be once more awakened. The End so far....
