Ace felt disappointed as he watched Agent 13 and Creel slip away. He could have prevented their escape if he had been more attentive. However, dwelling on the missed opportunity would achieve nothing. Focusing on the task at hand, he gathered the Hydra agents into one spot and thinks what he should do with them.
“What should I do with these guys? I can’t just leave them here. Hah… what a dilemma.” Ace scratches his head and tries to figure out what he has to do. “I guess I should detain these guys for now.”
He takes out the Stag Phone and calls Izu. “Hello, Ace-sama. What can I do for you?”
“Hello, Izu. Can you please prep the cells in the mansion. A group of Hydra Agents ambushed me, and I need them detained.”
“Very well Ace-sama. I will prepare the holding cells promptly.”
“Thank you, I will be heading back now. I’ll be there within the hour.”
He ends the call and cancels his transformation. Ace then takes out Ryuki's Advent Deck. After that, he undergoes a transformation and becomes Kamen Rider Ryuki. His appearance resembles Ryuga's, but his suit is red.
“ROAR”
Nearby, within a shattered mirror, he caught sight of the reflections of Dragreder and the other Advent Beasts. “Everyone, can you help me bring these guys to the mansion.”
The Advent Beast dutifully followed Ace's orders and escorted the Hydra agents to the grand mansion. After a half-hour journey, he arrived with all the Hydra agents, who were now unconscious, in his mansion.
Izu greeted him. “Welcome back, Ace-sama.”
“I’m back, Izu. Can you help me bring these guys to their holding cell?”
“Of course.”
Ace and Izu escorted the Hydra agents to their secure holding cells located beneath the mansion. This underground base was meticulously constructed with the assistance of Humagears. It was originally created for Ace to do his activities as a Rider and to be concealed from regular visitors to his mansion. With an increasing number of people frequenting his residence, Ace found it essential to have a dedicated space for his hero work without revealing his Rider persona to his normal acquaintances, like Mj and Ned. Essentially, he wanted his own version of a bat cave for his clandestine operations. He calls it the Nascita. A reference to the cafe from Kamen Rider Build, which had its own secret base. Funnily enough, one of the entrances to the Nascita is behind the fridge in the kitchen.
Nascita's underground base is equipped with a supercomputer housing the intelligent Ark and Zea. It also boasts a cutting-edge processing room, a lab filled with advanced equipment, including a three-dimensional printing system for creating objects and devices on the spot, and not one but two training rooms. The second one draws inspiration from the X-Men’s danger room, featuring technology similar to the Diendriver for creating holograms and realistic terrains. To top it off, the base includes secret passageways connecting to different parts of the city through underground tunnels, providing a swift means of travel. And let's not forget the "basement" entrance, accessible only to Ace and those hailing from the Rider worlds, where all the Rider equipment is stored.
Ace and Izu ensured that the base had its own high-security prison cells, specifically designed to contain mutants and other superpowered individuals. After apprehending the Hydra agents, they placed them in separate cells and confiscated all of their equipment. Ace then had Ark thoroughly inspect the equipment to ensure that there were no tracking devices that could reveal the base's location, thankfully finding none.

“What should we do about them next Ace-sama.”
“I don’t know, they might have useful information, but considering they are just foot soldiers. They might not have much. I’m also not that good at extracting information from them.”
Before Ace could think about what to do next. Ark gave an idea. “Ace-sama, I have a suggestion.”
“What is it, Ark?”
“Horobi and Jin are well-versed in using torture methods to extract information. I suggest we recall them and let them handle these agents.”
Ace wasn’t too enthusiastic about Ark’s suggestion. “Torture huh… Do you mean the gruesome kind?”
“Yes, if it displeases you, Ace-sama. We can find other ways.”
“No, it is okay. I can’t be too kind to my enemies. Call back Horobi and Jin. let them handle these agents.” Ace understands the importance of gathering as much information about Hydra as possible. He knows that he must be firm in his approach to obtaining it, as the consequences of not doing so could be more harmful to him in the long run.
“Very well, Ace-sama. I shall send Horobi and Jin the message.”
…
In a safehouse located nearby, owned by the organization Hydra, Agent 13 and Creel were resting and recovering. They had suffered severe injuries from their encounter with Ace, but they were expected to make a full recovery. Both of them were enveloped in bandages, with Creel having the most extensive wrapping covering his entire body. Agent 13 had fewer bandages, as Creel had shielded her from the worst of Ace's attack.
“Damn it, that bastard is tough. He took out the entire squad! He was even playing with us,” said Creel, frustrated by remembering his fight with Ace. Throughout the entire battle, he observed Ace maintaining complete control. No matter how much he threw at him, the Rider always seemed to have a calculated response.
“That just shows how powerful his suit is. Hydra must have it and to steal it from him!” said Agent 13. The individual has personally observed the formidable capabilities of the Rider Systems and is now more determined than ever to acquire it for Hydra.
“How admirable, but how are you going to do that? Since you two screwed up and failed the mission.” Agent 13 and Creel turned to the sound of approaching footsteps. Emerging from the shadows was a striking figure—a woman with long, luscious green hair cascading down her shoulders, piercing green eyes, and lips painted in the same vivid shade. Clad in a sleek, form-fitting combat suit in a matching shade of green, she exuded an air of danger and confidence. Two lethal-looking handguns adorned her hips. She is Ophelia Sarkissian, also known as Viper, a prominent and formidable member of Hydra.
Agent 13 recognizes Viper as his superior officer and quickly stands up and salutes. “Lady Viper, what brings you here?”
“I was the one who rescued you two imbeciles. Be grateful I even showed up.” Viper was tasked with supervising the operation, and initially, she was reluctant to accept such a low-level mission, considering it beneath her. However, her interest was piqued when she discovered the mission was connected to the Kamen Rider. Despite her disdain for his heroic mindset, which reminded her of Captain America, she couldn't help but be intrigued by his armor.
Possessing his armor would allow her to rise through the ranks and attain a leadership position within Hydra. Witnessing the Kamen Rider easily defeat the Hydra agents sent to apprehend him solidified her conviction. While these agents may not have been the most skilled, it was evident that the Kamen Rider possessed formidable power.
She rescued Agent 13 and Creel since they were more valuable when they did not get caught.
“Lady Viper, what should we do now? Do we regroup to capture the Rider again?” said Agent 13
“We are retreating. Because of your failure, the Rider will now be more cautious toward us. You did not expose who we are, did you?” Viper said with a cold tone, ready to draw her pistol.
Agent 13 felt her killing intent and immediately answered. “No! We did not! We operated as SHIELD agents, and I’m sure he did not think otherwise.”
Viper refrained from drawing her pistol and relaxed. “Good, let’s go.”
“Are we just going to let him go!? I want to beat that son of a bitch!” said Creel
“You better listen to orders, Creel. I won’t remind you again.” she said authoritatively.
“Grrrr…” Creel relented and listened to Viper.
“Good. Hydra needs more of your services.”
