What are the Tribulation thresholds?
Triggering a Tribulation involves exceeding certain attribute thresholds. The system offers a certain - variable - preparation time before the Tribulation occurs. The user can choose to trigger his Tribulation at any time during this lapse of time.
Thresholds - Tier 0:
1/3/6/12 attributes above 100,200,300,etc.
The only exception is if the first attribute exceeds 100. At this point, a warning is issued to the user.
Priam has currently triggered a quadruple Tribulation. The thresholds he has exceeded are:

How do Title bonuses behave when they evolve?
If a Bronze Title evolves into a Silver Title, its bonus is overwritten if it is a percentage. This means that only the Silver Title bonus is taken into account. Often, the bonus is improved. For example, [Pseudo Phoenix] gives +10% Vitality. By upgrading to [Infantile Phoenix], the Title now gives +20% Vitality (overall +20%, not +30%).
