Without being destroyed, a soul floats about in the void. A quite common occurrence nowadays, every omnipotent being has got one of these souls doing shit for them. This soul was just another from the other thousands of souls that floated about the void just to attract some god's attention. As a result, those individuals were reincarnated into a fantasy world. This one was about to suffer the same fate.

"Hmmm, another soul that survived in the void for so long," said a loud booming voice

"Aaaaahh, the hell where is that voice coming from" this was the cliché reaction of this soul, our protagonist

"Hais, why does your species have so many people who can survive the void with be destroyed, you know how tough it has been for us tier 0 beings, huh do you? The stuff we must do to help you, idiots. All of you want to be reincarnated into an anime world, build a harem, and become omnipotent. Do you know how much of a hassle it is to do this sometimes we even have t copy and create new worlds for you guys" The voice ranted about

"Then why do you help us?" the soul who had realized the situation he was in, asked meekly

"Our bosses asked us too" the god replied

"Who is your boss? is he strong? is it tough to create worlds?" the soul fired off a series of rapid questions. He had understood the voice was going to help him and reincarnate him into another world

"I cannot tell you who the bosses are, but they can destroy and create worlds with just a single thought. And it is not tough for us to create a world it just is an extremely boring task. A waste of energy." The omnipotent god who was tired replied after thinking for a minute

"Now that is all I can say the boss is already angry at me for taking so long and mentioning him, so now I will grant you your three wishes as long as they are reasonable. You cannot wish for systems and the three Os at all if you do il kill you right here. You understand?" the god said

"I will also make another thing clear. The reason you are being granted wishes is not that you're special or anything it's because we want you to be a multiverse mercenary. We will provide you with a chip that will provide you with missions. Then upon completion, you will be granted rewards based on your performance. So, make your wishes accordingly." The god stated the reason for the soul's reincarnation

"Yes, sir" the soul replied while trying to make it look like he is saluting

"Since I'm going to be a mercenary I will need a weapon, so wish for a weapon that can turn into any kind of weapon and grows stronger with me." The soul stated its first wish after thinking for a while

"That can be granted, but there will be some restrictions. The weapon cannot be more than a minor tier stronger than you. so, for example, if your strength is at tier 9B it means you can destroy or significantly damage extremely resistant materials such as stone, metal or steel, as well as similarly resistant parts of constructions such as structural boulders and walls. Then your weapon will only be able to exert strength at tier 9A so it will be capable of destroying rooms or entire small constructions such as houses or more modest buildings. Also, if you reach tier 9A then your weapon will only exert tier 8 strength when certain conditions are met or else it will exert tier 9A strength only. This means only when you reach tier 8 strength will your weapon have permanent tier 8 strength. Is this clear" the god stated his restrictions on the poor soul

"I understand, it makes sense. My second wish is to psychometry, but I also want the skills of the owner and the third one is a library of heavens path with the ability to store all the knowledge and skills I gain through psychometry" the soul said his wishes after some thought about it

"I can grant both but once again there will be some restrictions to the power. The psychometry will once again depend on your strength. If you are in the same major tier or stronger than the owner, you get all of their skills with the object. So, if both of you are tier 8 then you get 100% of the skills and knowledge about the person. But if the owner's tier is above, then the skill and knowledge get reduced by 80 per cent for each tier." The god being who was omnipotent but know was reduced to grating wishes to some tier 10 beings "and as for the library of heavens path that will also store the knowledge, you gain through psychometry. I'll have to ask the boss about it." after a while of being quiet the god came back and said, "It is possible but the golden page's function will be removed and it will not have any relation to the library off heavens path universe, it will just be a skill or object that perfects and completes knowledge also as compensation I will add a search function to it."

"Ok sir, do I get to choose what world I will be going to?" the soul asked

"No, you do not I have a list of low-level worlds for you to go to. There are many missions for you to do in these worlds. I will tell you that the peak power ceiling in these worlds is tier 5.  the minimum threshold for tier 5 is the ability to destroy astrological objects like moons. Now I will tell you some worlds you can travel to for a mission and your main residence world for now. Your main residence, for now, will be either Jujutsu Kaisen or Hunter x Hunter. You will know once you reach there. The worlds where you can go for missions are Harry Potter, Naruto, Demon Slayer and many more. The chip will tell you the available mission and take you there upon your choice." The god stated his decision

"Ok sir anything else I should know?" the soul asked his question

"Hmm, the world you will go to missions on are not copies I created they are the ones that formed naturally after the people in your world thought about them excessively. you don't need to know much about it, if I wanted to send you a copy, I would have just made the object required on my own. There is also a way to distinguish between objects made by omnipotent beings and naturally formed in the world. Your missions will include finding those natural objects. Hmm that is all a go" after saying this the god waved his hand and sent our protagonist through a portal

' I wonder whether this one will survive; he has nothing special about his past lives, the last ones were at least tier 3 in their past lives there was even one who was a tier 1. Even he died on some of the advanced missions.' The god mused as he looked at our protagonist who was confused as to where he was
