Hi I figure before we get too far deep into this I should tell a few things about the story.

First off the first chapter is formatted oddly but I was mostly experimenting with stuff before I got on this site. It's gonna return to a standard writing style from here on out, or ya know until I forget.

The story itself is a mixture of a narratives my brain coughed up a few years ago the idea of lost children stepping into the realm of dark Fae and returning struck me as interesting. But then I got bored, and added the element of a star empire, an apocalypse, music and other items and well my imagination made a universe.

So while working on a bunch of scripts, and the other novel series of mine I filled the universe in.

Some of this is me working through some childhood issues and trauma and reflecting stories other people have told me about their terrible experiences. It felt right to use the realm of fantasy as a way to tell some stories and maybe create a space where all our alter egos get the happy endings the deserve.

So with that in mind I'm going to hit some dark territory in this story. Some of which is mentioned in the title codes. If you find some stuff too much, feel free to tell me. I can either dial it back or we can have a chat about why I felt that was needed in the plot.

I promise though, the good guys win in the end. It's just gonna take a while to get there.

I wont make promises about how often this will be updated but I hope to have two or three solid updates a month. I'm trying to make the switch to a more than part time writer.

With that in mind while I have the world mostly filled out the story is going to be where I fill in a lot of blanks as I go. Character names and descriptions of locations etc. If I trip over something feel free to say. As long as your nice about it.
