That morning started like every other morning. She was woken up by her alarm clock and she went on to put on her clothes preparing to head to class. However everything changed when she opened the curtains. As soon as she did she found that in the place of the sun there was a giant hole in the sky. As soon as she saw the hole her vision started to darken. That was the last memory she would have of the world she grew up in.

When she came to her senses she was laying on dirt in a place she didn't recognize. At first glance it looked like she was at some sort of jungle through she didn't recognize any of the local fauna. Not that she had any experience recognizing trees let alone telling the differences between jungle trees. Doing her best to not to panic she slowly stood up before checking her body to see if she had any wounds or something similar. As she made sure she was not harmed a screen popped in front of her with several options.

She stared at the screen for what seemed like forever trying to make sense of what was going on. Upon recovering from her daze she tried saying:"Postpone." but nothing happened. She started trying words after that "Close,Quit,Minimize,GM Call" but nothing happened. Finally giving up she tried taking a step back and the screen followed her. Finally giving up on trying to close the screen she pressed one of the paths hoping that would close it. To be honest she just wanted to get rid of the screen as soon as possible as this situation was already making her feel like she was a crazy person.

The screen indeed disappear only to be replaced by another screen that said:

Welcome To The Path Of Discovery Methods Of Gaining Experience: Go to places you have never been before Current Level: 1(10) Current Experience: %5

Before disappearing for good. Well the time to be calm was over. She proceeded to pinch herself in hopes of waking up through other than inflicting some pain it didn't serve to do any good. For now in order to stay calm she decided to assume this was some sort of dream. A part of her told her that this wasn't a dream but in order to be able to keep her calm and not be paralyzed by fear she ignored that part. Since it was a dream there was no harm in exploring the region so she started walking among the trees doing her best to not to hit the branches.

While doing so she noticed several fruits hanging from the said branches that were red and looked rather juicy through. Approaching one of the fruits a screen appeared in front of her saying:

Void Citron Hghly Nourishing Fruit,Grows in void infested zones Special Properties:Unknown

before disappearing. According to the blue screen these things were edible so she decided to pick one up and take a bite from it. Just as the description had said they were extremely delicious and they were rather juices with some of it spilling on her clothes. She looked around for a bit to try to find something she could use to carry these fruits along but unfortunately she failed to find something. Not that it mattered that much since these fruits seemed to be growing everywhere.

Continuing on the course she picked for herself she slowly felt the slope rise and after half an hour of walking she was out of the jungle and at the edges of a mountain through the rocks on the mountain had a black hue to them. As she was debating whether to climb up or not she got a notification from the blue screen:

Level Up Path Of Discovery has leveled up Benefits: +2 Perception +1 Agility +1 Wisdom

So she had leveled up?That was good news. She wasn't sure what the increased stats did but she felt nice having accomplished something even if all she did was to walk around.

With renewed vigor she started to walk to the top of the hill while wondering what she would find at the top. As she did so the air seemed to get colder as she went up but after walking what could be considered a thousand feet at most the air was cold enough to make her nose start getting runny and she didn't even seem close to getting to the top. The air also seemed to be getting dark. Since she didn't know when the dream would end she decided to return to the forest and do her best to set some sort of camp.

However upon returning to the forest she noticed that several creatures were staring at her. She couldn't exactly select their features but they seemed to have blood red eyes. After taking a few steps backwards she ran back to the mountain. After running for what felt like hours she decided to try to look for a cave and she actually managed to see one nearby. On top of that inside the cave was a bed that was made of leaves and while the bed looked like it was made for a child she felt like it would be better than sleeping on rock. The creatures that were staring at her in the forest would probably be gone by morning so the best course of action at that moment was to sleep and perhaps she was a bit too tired from this dream journey because she passed out as soon as she placed herself on the bed.
