Just with his few words I was annoyed beyond belief. ("DO YOU NEED TO ASK FUCKING PSYCHO?"). He have observed us since we were transported here for sure. Argh. I want to punch him but I'm in no state to do that and I don't think it will be a great idea either. All the people who protested back in the 'room' were sent flying to a black something that made them dissapear.
("Hmm?") By some reason since the bastard appeared my mind calmed enough to understand what was happenig now. There were almost two dozens of people laying in pools of blood, probably theirs, dead and almost thirty wounded or with blood all over their body like me. I wanted to throw again after seing that but my stomach was alredy empty.
-"Hmm, it seems that a third or so failed the first 'event'..."-

The person that angrily shouted at the angel man was wearing the same kind of robes as the woman that tried to reasure me. She's standing in front of me now, as if protecting me from the angel by the way.
-"How rude!, didn't your parents teach you manners? Well, fair enough, you are all still confused after this first 'event' so I will only shut your mouth close for a while."-
And just like he said a gag appeared in the mouth of the angry man. I will take note and don't annoy the angel man, at least until I'm strong enough to beat him. Thought I don't see that ocurring in the near future.

Okey? Good. Now about the first 'event' I was commenting before being interrupted. It was that nighmerish pain all of you suffered after waking up. It was a special type of curse. Before it settle down it's fairly easy to dispell if you can endure the phamtom pain. Giving you the basic knowledge of this world and your new race looked boring to one of the gods who designed this 'game' so he created it. If you want to hate someone for this hate him, I'm just the messenger.
Well, the curse have give all of you the most basic knowledge to survive in this world but if you failed to dispell it before it settle donw then you would be like the people lying in the ground. About them attacking you, it's one of the wickest part of the curse. While giving knowledge it also give 'memories', thats why you were attacked. Those people just saw you as some kind of degraded elf's that are considered monster that should be killed in sight.
And let me say something to reasure you as some of you seems like you will collapse by the guilt. They aren't actually dead. It will be a shame to lose a third of the 'players' in the first hours of the 'game'."-
("What the hell is he saying??? They are dead. We killed them so we could survive... there's no way they can be revived... right?") I don't know what to think anymore, I will just go with the flow until he end talking.
-"Hehehe, you should look your faces in a mirror. Jokes aside, my comrade said it in the 'plane' you were before being sent here. There you were alredy dead and you were given more 'fitting' bodies for the 'game', taking a few people back to life when there's enough energy is posible. It will have a side effect in their bodys but they will be back before dusk.
And before you start freaking out, when they died the curse was dispelled. Also if you get killed by someone affected by the curse you will come back as a cursed one. Take into consideration that when there's no one cursed in any race this fake "inmortality" will end. Also, don't even think of maintaining a cursed one jailed so you won't lose that fake "inmortality". The gods won't meddle with the 'game' anymore so they don't fuck it with their whims, but if it become boring there are 'events' set that they can trigger whenever they want and some of them could be considered in the level of apocalypse for you."
-"Then you are saying that we should kill each other untill there's only one race left so they don't get bored?"-
A woman cladded in chainmail was the one to talk. She talked with courtesy to the angel but I think she's gonna explode any second as her left brown have been twiching all the time she talked. Also, for her way of moving and talking she's probably like me and got tricked. For some reason seing someone in my same situation make me feel better.
-"That's a prety good question indeed. Let me say it clearly, that's one of the paths you can take as wars are always entertaining in some way, if you ignore the dead of hundred of thousands of people that's it. Making alliances with others races and fighting alongside them is good too, or making trading alliances so both races can prosper and advance. You can take whatever path you like, just take into account that their sense of 'entertaining' differ from yours and others gods are likely to get interested in the 'game'. When that moment came they will start making bets about mundane events or give 'gitfs' to the 'players' they take a liking and it will be more difficult for them to became bored.
Now I will explain one of the things that will help you asserting your new powers. Is a spell command called 'status', to use it just think "Status" loudly in your head and a screen will appear in front of you. If you feel like it's something from a game or light novel thats because it is. By default you are the only ones capable of seing your status but you can show it to the people you want. There's something akin to a guide included in the spell that explain how to do it and some useful information about the status.

When he said that I remenber that there was dirt and varius types of disgusting liquids drenching my clothes, though it was a tight leather armor. Too tight for my onw good. It just make me more concius about my body. Still, I have to wash myself. After looking if there were some water stream or something like that I found that we have been all this time in a ruined port city. There were even a few elven looking ships but they are probably flooded, only the tallest part of the vessel is above water level.
I won't say anything about how wrong I feel washing my onw body or the shame I suffered from the stares of the other people washing thenselves.
Well, now that I'm cleam lets see what this 'status' thing is exactily.

Yup. It's a fucking character screen like those in some web novels thought it's red. There are a few things that I would like to complain but first, how I'm supossed to understand it?! It look like a character screen but it's not like I could click in the words and get an explanation... it will work for sure.
I can see the gods laughthing at our cost trying to use this shit only to be the most easy and obvius game like thing. I tried thinking intensily at [???] as it should be the guide thing the angel said.

Yup. I hit the mark. Those fuckers make it so we will get embarrased trying silly things to make it work and when we discover how it work tell us how it work. *Sigh* I looked at the people that were near me after returning from washing ourselves and sure enough they were trying stupid posses or shouting nonsensical frasses to make the [???] work. So basically I don't have a name now, and by the look of it I can't use magic for the moment but I should be able to do it in the future. A name huh? I can't use my real name now and using my usual names for games feel wrong. I don't wan't to be recognize by it either. Thinking about a name to use I get to the conclusion that I suck at names. I decided to use 'Akizuki'. It sound good and wasn't to girly.
Sure enough when I decided it the 'status' changed and next to [Name] it was now written [Akizuki]. Now that I think it, [???] said that you can decide one or wait until you receive one.
Doesn't it meant that you could be given a nickname and it became your name if you haven't decided one yet.??? Shit. It was clo- wait. Didn't I have been calling in my mind the man with a gag in his mouth "Angry Man" for a while? Is that his name now? Nah, it can't b-

All the people in the surroundings have burst in laughs and the angel is in the ground holding his stomach. Sorry Angry Man. I did- *pff*

After things calmed donw and Angry Man got gagged again I continue exploring my 'status'.
[Stats]: numerical representation of physical and psychic values. They aren't absolute and can change greatly based in the physical and mental condition of the person.
[Racial habilities]: set of active and passive habilities bestowed to each race. They can't be learned by another race.
[Born skill]: a special skill bestowed to an individual. The skill bestowed is based depending on the personality, the class and the natural talent of the individual. These skill can be obtained by other people with effort and diligent training.
The first two were obvius and almost game like but the description of the third one startled me. It's basically telling me than I'm a natural murder now or that I was a reprimed one back on Earth. I hope my class is the cause and not my personality and talent. I was just your average neet and not some psychopath in potence.
I will put it in a syde note for now and end inspecting my 'status'.
[HP]: numerical representation of how much damage the individual can receive. Receiving damage past a point in vital spots can cause instant death even if there's hp left.
[MP]: numerical representation of how much "magical power" the individual can use. The standar magic regeneration is a tenth of the int per minute in normal conditions. Magical regeneration is affected by the state of the mind of the indivial, meditation can improve the regeneration and stress can damper it for example. The amount of mp needed for a person to cast a spell vary depending on skill and mastery of the school of magic of the spell.
[STR]: numerical representation of how much strenght can the muscles of the individual exert in any given moment without causing damage to the body. To being able to exert high values of STR diligent training is needed. The physical condition of the individual affect STR directily and under specific conditions is possible to exert strenght pass the normal limit.
[AGI]: numerical representation of the agility, reaction time and overall motor ability. Mental and physical fatigue greatly affect agi. To being able to exert high values of AGI diligent training is needed.
[VIT]: numerical representation of the natural regenerative ability of the body. Hunger and physical condition affect it. It's imposible to improve it in normal ways.
[STM]: numerical representation of the stamina and explosive stamina. Training can improve how much stm last and the lack of it make the cost of stm greater. Bigger individual consume stm at faster pace and too much muscular mass make specific actions cost more stm.
[INT]: numerical representation of the intelligence and knowledge of the individual. It affect mp directily and the higher the int more complex spells can be casted and by a lower cost of mp. The only way to improve int is constant studying and learning.
[DEX]: numerical representation of the motor coordination and handwork of the individual. Delicate handwork and movements improve dex. The lack of it or a lowly value of it can make specific actions impossible to the individual.
[Sun Walker]: special hability bestowed to those races in synchrony with the Sun. While in the sunlight it give's a small boost in regenerations and make using magic during daylight easier. During night magic regeneration is halved and using specific schools of magic is harder or impossible.
[Syphon]: unique hability for those race in synchrony with magic. It make the individual able to passively syphon ambient 'mana' into their bodys to fasten their magic regeneration. It's posible to syphon magic from another living beings to interrup magic casting actively but doing so disable 'Syphon' for a great amount of time, varying with the difference of INT between the target and the individual.
[Magic craftmanship talent]: an ability gifted to those races able to work directily with magic. It make easier for the individual to understand the gits of jobs related to magic.
[Assasin Instinct]: rare ability gifted to special individuals. It make the individual able to disregard his onws morals, maintain a clear mind and understand the weak spots of an enemy while fighting. With enough training the individual can control it at will.

I don't know what to think about my [Born Skill]. I was half specting the description of the stats and the others skills, but [Assasin Instinct] is different from what I thought. From the name of it I thought it was a passive skill that will always be there but it seems more like an active skill that I need to master before being able to properly use it.
There's the little problem of it being a rare skill that only "special" people can obtain but I feel like I will lose if I think too deeply about it. Asking the angel about it seems like a good idea but I don't wan't someone eavesdropping the conversation. It can lead to missundertands prety easily.
Still, I want to know more about it.
In the end I searched in the [???] skill untill I found how to show my 'status' to another person and talked with him. It resulted to be a common skill somehow. A fifth of the rogues have it and classes like warrior have a similar skill.
I was preocupied for nothing. [Born skill] are more dependant in the class than anything else and is supposed to be a little help. At least I get a prety damn hard to learn skill for free that supposely is very useful.

The angel left after the people we killed come back to life and he answered their questions. The mood was awkward and tense between the two groups and no one dared to say a word. In the end it was a third
party the one breaking the silence.
