"Come on Keito ," Amushun called.
"All right, hold on," replied Kieto.
"You must be hungry from embarrassing innocent girls," Amushun mused.
"I didn't know that would happen, it was ill fate," retorted Keito.
"Hehe, chill i'm just teasing," said Amushun.
"Yeah, you're just being an *sshole," muttered Keito.
Keito and Amushun sat at a table that faced the school courtyard. The sun filtered through the windows and cast a golden hue upon their faces. Keito brought an American dish to school with fried chicken and mashed potatoes while Amushun stayed with a traditional bento box.
"How do you eat that Keito," asked Amushun.
"I dunno, the same way I eat everything else," replied Keito.
"That's like eating grease for lunch."
"It's not as bad as you think. It's actually baked, no grease," inquired Keito.
"Doesn't stop the Americans from doubling up," joked Amushun.
"Hey, my cousins are American and they're just fine,"shot Keito.
"What's your definition of, fine," asked Amushun.
"Better than you, I guess," said Keito.
"Smooth, real smooth. Got any Uncle jokes while you're at it?"

"You got me, I'm all out of ammunition," said Keito.
"So do you think she hates me," asked Keito.
"Who Aisorohito," asked Amushun.
"Who else you Baka*," said Keito.
"I dunno, maybe a little. Maybe not," replied Amushun.
"Thanks, you are a true pal," said Keito, "Not really."
"Go see for yourself, apologize," Amushun suggested.
"I don't know, she seemed p*ssed," wavered Keito.
"It's been a little while try again."
"Alright, I'll try."
"Hey, it'll be all right."
"Hope so."
Keito got up and looked for Aisorohito. D*mmit! She was sitting in the middle of the lunchroom with all her friends. Keito slowly proceeded towards her until he was in front of her table.
"Uh . . ., Aisorohito," Keito called.
Aisorohito and her friends stopped talking and looked up at Keito. She narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms.
"What," she demanded.
" Oh, I just wanted to say I'm sorry and I justed to make it concrete that I was," Keito said.
"Is that all," she replied.
"Yeah, that's it," Keito replied meekly. She was a lot more stubborn than her frame suggested. She was 5 foot, slim with round features, she had light brown hair that was bundled into a ponytail and green eyes. She was shy and generally quiet in class. her social life was mostly secluded to her small group of friends and was rarely seen talking freely to anyone else. Keito couldn't understand how she could hold a grudge for so long.
"It's fine," she replied. This dumbfounded Keito. One minute she was staring daggered, the next she was a emotionless wall.
"Alright, well see you later," Keito said.
Keito was about to walk way when Aisorohito dropped her chopsticks.
"Oh, let me get that," Keito said.
He bent down to reach for them, but when he went to put them back on the table, he tipped over a cup of milk that spilled promptly over Aisorohito's lap. Keito's legs failed to move , but Aisorohito's fist did just fine, sending his face flying to the ground.
"You Baka*, get out of my face," she yelled.
Keito got up and scrambled for the nearest exit. He couldn't believe what he just did. Why was he so stupid? Why couldn't fate just play nice for once? Why!? He wasn't going to talk to her for a while.
