The world had gone to ruin with the invasion of the alien's dubbed, the Seraph's, creatures that destroyed the world through sheer numbers alone wiped out most of humanity, with the pockets of survivors being holed up in cities of all various kinds.  But never mind that, meet Devina Asterath, leader and head chief of Mason city, a large city that housed a hundred thousand citizens.
