A sprawling underground complex that moves and breathes as it hunts down its inhabitants, ruled by gods fueled by ritual sacrifice who revel in the slaughter of the unfortunate mortals who awake in this place. Dante Dalisio awakes into this world, unable to recall where he is, who he is or how he got here. The gods do bless the poor souls who find their way down here, be they benevolent deities, or those who seek to prolong the mortals' suffering. Dante explores Xibalba with the purpose of escape, and to uncover his past. Fortunately for him, he does find a magical backpack, a rusty sword, and a plethora of companions filled with pluck.
