Crystal knows that having a grand adventure like in her favorite fictional universes is impossible. She's wanted it desperately for as long as she can remember. But she's turning thirty-five soon, and it's high time she put away that childish desire. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) for her, the minute she does is when the grand adventure she's always wanted comes knocking on her door. But will it live up to her expectations? And how are all these fictional universes co-existing in the first place? Most importantly, though, will this adventure change her for the better?
