Angels and demons have been at war for centuries over the most powerful gift; free will. They say whoever controls free will controls the mortal realm after all. Free will could turn the tides of wars, cause or solve famines, or even destroy the entirety of the human race. Lavina is set forth with the task of making sure her enemies never have that control; demon or not. She has had years to prepare for the task that has been set before her but when she comes face to face with a demon on the run it could mean the end of all she knows.
