Mai Caldwell is a well meaning if rather mentally floundering young woman working on her “Uncle’s” farm.  And when he leaves on a business trip she is left to tend the fields and feed the animals and overall take care of the farm alone.  That’s fine though because she prefers it that way.  Unfortunately someone or something has noticed Mai’s rather unique ability and it’s not long after her “Uncle” has left that Mai finds herself farm and all somewhere else entirely.  Now a self proclaimed dumb blonde is on a world with two suns and three moons and her farm is beset on all sides by not only the usual suspects but goblins and other monsters too.  Defending her farm let alone her own life has just become a practice in futility.
