Ensnared in his carefree life, Bel never expected to learn of life outside his secluded town until his time had come. Much to his dismay, the exciting and scheming Olivia has other plans and longs to venture beyond the mountains. When a strange girl appears from the outside for the first time, Olivia thinks she may get her wish granted. Unfortunately the girl seems to not only lack information of the outside world, but also lacks social skills and basic emotions. Bel and Olivia along with the rest of the school are given the task to make the emotionless girl smile, but along the way secrecy unravels and strange happenings occur, can the kids figure out the secret to this girl and the reason behind her appearence before their lives are thrust into chaos.
