Synopsis
They say that at the center of every story there is a hero, a villain, an inciting incident, and a conclusion. For Isabel, there was no hero. No conclusion. The murder of her family and getting cast into the limelight of suspicion was terrible. Being framed was worse. Even after her name was cleared, her family was still dead. She was alone. And then she met him. Like a hurricane given the form of a handsome, chiseled sculpture made flesh, he stormed into her life and gave her hope. Theodore. Her dear, sweet Theo. He made her feel like family, happiness, and love were possible again. So when he tosses her aside and she realizes he is one of those responsible, she breaks. Left unstable and destitute with little to scavenge, Isabel vows to kill him and everyone connected to him by tracking down the last magical artifacts her family had hidden away. The very thing that might have brought this ruin down on them. The Stone Heart of the Dread Queen and the Dragon's Rage.
