When Wilma Dern left her home planet of Aldune, she never imagined that life could get any harder. Where at home, she had endured the devastating blows of losing a child and then divorce, here on Jangeroo she was fighting to keep her life. Wilma sought solace and healing by running an inn on the barnium ore-rich planet of Jangeroo. She quietly endured the presence of the occasional miner as they rested from their travels on their way to the mines. She worked a small mine in back of the inn, with hopes of striking enough of the mineral to afford a trip to another more hospitable planet. Wilma was already a strong woman, having been an intergalactic MMA sensation in her day. Working the mine brought new strength to her already athletic body. Little did she know she would ever need again, her martial arts capabilities. Until she struck it big. Hitting a vein of barnium that would let her live the life she wanted, anywhere in the galaxy. But the Chang Cartel got word of it and they wanted more than a part of her find. They wanted it all, thinking Wilma would be easily walked on.
