Arriving in an unfamiliar world in an unfamiliar body and surrounded by unfamiliar people, Willow is first confused, and then she's fine. Her life wasn't fantastic on Earth anyway, so a second chance sounds pretty ideal to her. Add on top of that a cool pair of parental figures for her second shot at childhood and the system everyone of this new land seemed to possess, she was content.
