Eirem, a curious young boy seeking to bond with an Arwen—a mythical skybeast—stumbles upon an underground ruin and discovers an ancient artefact and histories long forgotten. Now in possession of a codex of the past, he learns about the origins of his race, formerly known as humans, and their dishonourable ascension to godhood. Confronted with the harsh truths behind the tale he once cherished as a child, he must come to terms with the reality of the world around him. Eirem, now burdened with a complex legacy and knowledge of the past, along with predictions of the future, embarks on a journey to unravel the mysteries behind the gift of Nyx and his true role in this legacy. As he delves deeper, guided by myths and his own burgeoning powers, Eirem finds himself at the centre of a brewing cosmic war. With the universe on the brink of chaos, he must decide whether to confront the legacies of the past and forge a path towards redemption or destruction, facing challenges that test his understanding of power, justice, and his own identity.
