A world where human kind are manned by ability users, people born with abilities fall under 3 categories, justices: whom are those who help the innocent people and aid there country in times of need, regulars: people who have an ability but don’t use it (unless absolutely necessary), and wickeds: people who use their abilities to harm others (regardless of who it is) and cause chaos. Abilities also fall under categories, Elemental users: people who can create and manipulate a specific element. sub-elemental users (se users for short): people who can’t create an element but control it (often to a much better extent than normal elemental users) Excellent core users (EC users for short): abilities that aren’t classified as common but are different than what’s normally seen Specialty core users (SC users for short): abilities that are very specialized and are very good for combat, these ability users aren’t very common. Lastly, all users are put onto a power scale of 0.1 - 12.0, the higher the level the better the mastery of your ability (a countries top warriors only ever get to about 9 - 9.5 after years of training)
