Kizuki Enma, an orphan raised by his grandmother, struggles to endure the suffocating life in his desolate village, where every breath feels like a gamble. Haunted by vivid, nightmarish visions and a mysterious swirling mark on his palm that burns with inexplicable agony, Kizuki's reality begins to blur.
