Synopsis
In a war-torn kingdom where magic once flourished, the land is now barren and desolate, ruled by a cruel overlord who has banned all magic. The people live in fear, hiding remnants of their magical heritage. Settlements are surrounded by ash-covered plains, remnants of the great battles fought long ago.
Kael, a sixteen-year-old boy with a mysterious past, discovers he has the ability to manipulate fire—a rare and dangerous power in a world where magic is forbidden. After witnessing the brutal execution of a village elder accused of magic, Kael’s dormant abilities awaken, and he is forced to flee.
With a bounty on his head, Kael joins a ragtag group of rebels known as the Emberborn, who seek to overthrow the tyrant and restore magic to the land. As they embark on a perilous journey, Kael must learn to harness his powers while uncovering secrets about his heritage and the true reason behind the kingdom’s fall.
