America sees massive crop failure and a spike in organized crime. The Micronesian and Polynesian nations see a rise in ideal conditions and begin expanding their land masses through in organic means all while their fishing industries and population balloon in size, selling fish to Asia at an inflated price placing them as the richest nations in the world and leading to their violent war of independence from the influence of Australia and The United States, resulting in a food shortage worldwide, combined with an increasingly aged population. The Government decides to implement technology designed by Dr. Jansen, a grief stricken doctor whose family was killed by Polynesian Armed Forces, to win the war and to secure the survival of the country.
