Shizuoka Kiyomi is the typical shy girl, and her fear of rain brings her nothing but trouble before she stumbles across Aichi Usui, a strange boy dancing precariously on the posts of a fence centimeters from falling into a canal.  Aichi's strange behavior and fondness for rain is her polar opposite, but as the sky opens up, their meeting may be the key to overcoming her anxiety and closing her umbrella for good.
