Figure held Dolli as they were being taken. They had been collected and didn't know why. Even with all of his strength, he knew that Dolli may not make it in one piece if they ran now. He ran the logic in his head as the workers closed the truck. Dolli quietly laid against Figure. Her mind was racing. She was worrying about Figure, herself, her home, and was afraid. Figure just held her, and that kept her grounded. He was simple, and that simplicity kept her from going off the deep end. Dolli’s thoughts were interrupted by Figure’s voice after some time, “I need you to step back from me.” She looked at him, “Why…?” “We are leaving.” As she was told to, she stepped back against the other side of the truck as figure began to tear into the side of it. It came to a stop as he broke through the wall. He ran with Dolli in his arms. People from the truck fired at them, but Figure shielded Dolli as he ran.
