In the Void between dimensions there resides The Spire. Along The Spire lies nine rings of monsterous proportion spanning vast distances many times the size of our Earth. Upon the third ring, in the desolate wastes surrounding a decaying rotting castle lies the spawning pits. Wide deep pits where hundreds of thousands of demon eggs are waiting to hatch. Many of these creatures will soon hatch and be raised to serve in the ravenous hordes, but in one of these eggs resides a ravenous Beast. A creature that will carve his way through these wastes, and consume even The Spire itself! --- Hello, this is my first story ever. Barely any planning went into this and I ask that any readers to understand this and not expect this to be decent or anything. Criticisms and help would be greatly appreciated. I have a craving for stories where the protagonist is a monster or a demon or just non-human, and I find it really hard to get my fix. So I decided to undertake the journey of attempting to write a monster story by myself. I won't be able to crank these out consistently as I'm a college guy right now, but I will notify any readers If I do decide to drop it in advance so rest assured I won't leave you out high and dry.
