City-25 is home to a few thousand inhabitants that live their lives in peace. Charles is one of them. he worked for a Love Matching company called ANY1 and drones on daily working his best to help stop the plummeting birth crisis facing the city. But his mundane routine is interrupted when a mysterious man appears and gifts him with a notebook that shatters his perception of peace. Now Charles must watch out for the Guardian Initiative, a Peace Keeping organization, that watches the every move of each Metropolitan. He also has to reconcile the fact that his love, Emilia, runs the organization. Will he be able to fulfill his mission or will his own love Emilia and her Guardians stop him from succeeding?
