He transmigrates from earth to a continent where magic reigns supreme. He possesses the continent's greatest mage potential, but also having a pitiful mana level of 0.2, which normally rates from 0 to 5. His level 0.2 sits at the lower end of normal people. But he finds his ways. He makes friends, meets beautiful women, and challenges to alter the continent's political structure, all relying on his sharp tongue, a not-always-reliable brain, and, of course, a (basically useless) system.
