Lee is a New Yorker. He likes gaming and tries to avoid his drunk father as often as possible. During one fateful morning on his journey towards school, he meets an unfortunate end. Following his death, he is transported to a world wherein a mysterious malevolent entity reigns supreme. Lee decides to try living again and accepts a deal offered by Cthulhu, the Lord of Nightmares. After being teleported to Terra, the boy adjusts to the new atmosphere wherein there is no technology, but mayhem still comes to pass. What sort of adventures await Lee in this realm? And what is the purpose of the Great Old One who travels with him?
