Our protagonist is a high-ranking officer who fought in World War Three. After dying in a rebel ambush in the Pyrenees, he finds himself in a strange world filled with unfamiliar fauna and creatures. In this new world, he encounters a familiar face that will aid him in his adventures, bringing back memories he's not yet ready to confront. He will slay beasts, meddle in Iberian affairs, and change the world for the better—or so he thinks.
