Synopsis

“Life is not fair” is one thing unanimously agreed upon. The world was separated into two types of beings. NPCs, those were just like those normal people found in our world… And PCs, those with extraordinary power and magic, able to grow stronger through fighting and killing others. PCs were unanimously superior to their NPC counterparts by leaps and bounds… Our story focused on a PC named Trigna Silver. Trigna, being an unusual demi-human with immense strength and a talent for fighting, is considered an abomination by most, and is hated as a result by many before they can get to know him. Will he become someone more in line with a traditional hero, descend into villainy, or something else altogether? This is not a story of an everyman farm boy who goes off to save the world and inspire others. This is not the story of a hero who goes out of his way to save every person they meet out of the goodness of his heart for nothing in return. This is not a story where the protagonist is a goody two shoes who can do no wrong. This is not a story about bigger numbers taking the place of the plot. This is not a story where all “not heroes” are heroes in everything but name. This is not a story where all “good guys” are all they’re cracked up to be. This is not a story where “bad guys” are just evil enough to be redeemed because they do the bare minimum to be considered evil. Despite all this is not a story that’s all gloom and doom either, that would be boring… If anything, there’s optimism and comedy inside in addition to everything else. This is a story about an adventurer, and what type of person would go leave their homes to go kill things for fun and profit. The morality of that, I’ll leave up to you. After all, if a monster can kill a hundred men, what does that make the man that can kill a monster? Disclaimer: Despite what my characters, both protagonists and antagonists, may do, I in no way encourage or endorse their actions in real life. This is simply a story I’m telling, nothing more.
