When Osaka's "Top Dog" A title given to the head of all high school gangs in the six districts, is sentenced to a year in Tama, a juvenile training school all hell breaks loose as gangs run rampant and the power struggle begins, a tug-of-war determining who will be the next top dog. This story follows three high school students from different regions of Osaka, different schools, contrasting lives and backgrounds. -Zayden Young is an African American foreign exchange student from Bisbee Arizona. He is incredibly intelligent, kind, but somewhat not caring, disregarding Japan as his home, until he meets his new family in the form of his gang, "The Azuki Riders."  -Kizaki Masamoto, an orphan teen who looks after his younger sister alone working a dead-end job forced into the gang life to earn a little more scratch, boosting cars for the 'Ryuu Wakai' gang or better known as the "Young Dragons" the biggest and craziest gang in Osaka. -Jugo Goho is a repeat senior with a goofy personality but is hiding a secret. Passing the smile and jokes he is the former Top Dog. After being let out of the Juvenile Detention Center, he sets his eyes on reclaiming his throne starting from the bottom.
