The end of the world tore Tom's apartment in two. He took that personally. The universe has sent a hundred thousand participants, called Inheritors, to compete for the ravaged remains of Earth. Tom is unwillingly placed into the team of a sadistic Inheritor and forced to take their place after killing them. Now, he must fight for the right to rule the Earth and navigate a world that lacks common sense and embraces insanity. To inherit the world, all Tom needs to do is conquer 100 floors of the Tower. It's a thankless task, but one he's more than willing to take on. To survive, Tom bonds himself with a dagger crafted by a god and obtains its unique ability. With each new object he stabs, increased strength flows through his veins. Wolves, eldritch skyscrapers, and alien monsters beyond comprehension soon fall to his blade, each death adding to his strength. To save the human race, Tom will carve his way to the top of the Tower one body at a time.
