This is the origin story of an infamous villain. A girl who gained her powers before the Golden Age of Heroes could start, a girl who entered the slippery slope of theft and violence to better her life, a girl whose name would echo around the world as an Arch-Villain. Ah, one can only dream of how to face this increasingly dangerous world. More and more Empowered were revealed, and they, be they heroes or villains, had powers that a poor homeless teenager like him could only run away from. How can such a handsome young man prosper in this sea that was so full of sharks? Certainly not by relying on the slightly younger girl who was glaring at him with her evil eyes and slippery fingers, who seemingly searched for her knife. A knife that, by the way, he gave her. The ungrateful brat. “Eric.” “Y-Yes.” “Shut the hell up.” The poor crestfallen teenager was left alone. Unreleased tears of bitterness and melancholy; those were his only constants in life. “And stop pouting.” The story will start before the so-called Golden Age of Heroes on an alternate earth. It will follow the growth of the female protagonist, of her organization, and of the world itself as the passage of time continues. Expect a more in the shadows' villain, who will sometimes work with heroes, and her fall to infamy. Some common tropes in superhero stories will not be presented, like Time Travel and Parallel Self. Also, do not expect any Empowered to be punching planets or even traveling to one; the tech level will advance faster than in the real world, but nothing close to the usual comic shenanigans. A fair deal of light horror, strategy, violence, and comedy will shine too.
