Jake Thomas is an ordinary kid in his eyes. Others think he's talented, and they'd be right. An excellent skater, a poet who enjoys the works of shakespeare, capable of learning nearly any instrument he touches, top marks in Biology and Chemistry with regards to medicine, and a practical savant with a bow and arrow. This is all explained by a simple fact: Jake Thomas is not human, but a Demigod son of Apollo. But that's fine, because Aegis, the organization of Demigods who aim to protect all of humanity from supernatural threats, is willing to take him on and put him through school... He does fear for his life though, knowing that the enemies Aegis commonly faces aren't simple things like werewolves or vampires... No, Aegis fights Gods. Like the other story I put up (Elements of Reality) this will be updated sporadically It is unfortunate, but I do not have many opportunities to go on the internet to update, and even then, I separate my writing into 'main projects' and 'side projects'. This, is a side project, so I dedicate slightly less time to it, meaning slower completion of chapters.
