This is the story of Darren O'Daveran. He set out for a weekend camping trip with friends and instead found himself the target of a hunt by a band of magical creatures in the backwoods of appalachia. Little did he know that he was to inherit a legacy of law, lore and lascivious intentions that were centuries in the making and might make him wish he chose the stewpot instead of asking for help that night.
