When the king hears the prophecy of his kingdom's ruin, he tries anything to save it.  This is a short story I wrote and edited over a few days. This is both my first published work on royal road and my first short story in a long time, so any criticism would be helpful. There will not be further chapters added to this work, as the entire story is present in one chapter
