It was the  year 2310 when the last kinetic bullet was fired in a war. 2310 also was the year that a strange new element was discovered on multiple locations on earth, this element rapidly became known as Serbium after the location where almost all deposits where discovered but to most major nations it meant a new resource to fight each other over while most smaller nations sided with one side or the other there also where nations that banded together to form new nations hoping to be able to survive the supposed end of the world but those nations rapidly went down to internal strife and infighting.

the remaining countries finally decided that they would create a new army compromised of soldiers from all over the world. The first couple of groups still had infighting about their past countries. So the decision was made to placing the new soldiers in groups not based on country but based on their skills. They also decided to make a council governing over the whole planet but not having any power over the newly formed army named "Galactic Defense Force" or GDF for short made it that no single country could set this army against another country.

This all happened more than 40 years ago yet only recently the GDF started construction on their first battle fleet. At the heart of this fleet will be the first capitol ship named The Trinity. The few things that the GDF did release about the Trinity was that it would be completely powered by Serbium. This all was announced 10 years ago and today is the first day of the crew of this mighty fleet. This will be the story of Casen and his future.
