Once the gambling had actually begun, the Avatars were immediately moved to the Decision Labyrinth on each side. Meanwhile, the players remained seated in their places, but were given dimensional barriers by Usapong so that they could not communicate with the outside area.
Usapong also gave each player a small screen that displayed the scenery around their Avatar.
For the audience, the organizers made the main screen display an interesting scene while two other large screens on the side of the stadium will display 2 other Avatars that are not highlighted by the main screen camera. Especially for the VVIP rooms, they have 3 private big screens inside.
The gambling time of Decision Labyrinth is 180 minutes.
Starting from now.

North Side of the Decision Labyrinth
Envy is moved to the North corner of the Decision Labyrinth. The finish line is in the south corner and the Decision Labyrinth map is hourglass-shaped with the south end as the finish.
The woman looked around, the formation of the Labyrinth was similar to the ancient era where there were still stone structures that seemed to have existed for a long time and vegetation as well. (Do you know tample run? That's similar)
In a standing position and with a mask on her face, Envy looked very calm.
"Fu..."
"Fufufufu," her body trembled slightly.
"Hahahahaha... Ha~ahh... They all fell for it, so easy," Envy giggled.
!?
E-Envy!?
Envy began to pace. Since she didn't say anything, didn't do anything and just stayed silent, the audience thought that watching Envy now wasn't that exciting, so the main screen showed something else. But contrary to appearances, Envy actually had quite a lot to say in her mind.
"Ah~ ah~ I was a bit nervous earlier... I've played Envy a few times, but still--"
Recalling the dangerous Nova aura she felt on stage.
"-- I can't get used to those rankers who like to look for Envy."
"That time there was Guild Master Corvus Guild, right? I also felt Nova Black and White Arc-Dragon... Then there were people from the Laboratory too. Even the Grand Family came..." Envy thought to herself.
"But that's all not too bad... What's dangerous is, what are the people in the VVIP Room!? There are only two VVIP Rooms and both of them give goosebumps even from afar. Who's in there? A top ranker like Envy for sure."
Unauthorized reproduction: this story has been taken without approval. Report sightings.
Envy sighed heavily.
"Haahh... Why exactly are such great people all gathered on 3rd Floor?"
Yes, Envy deliberately showed them that she was not the real Envy so there was no point in them staying there any longer if their goal was Envy.
Envy stopped at the intersection. Her mind calmed down again. She scanned the right and left sides carefully, feeling the flow of wind emanating from both and the vibrations in the road on each side. After some consideration, Envy chose the left side.
"More important than those audience... The person who sent me the extra letter is Bitch Lin's servant, right?" thought Envy.
"She should learn to hide her expressions better. Everything she's thinking is obvious from her face."
A door at the end of the street stopped Envy. There was a question written on the screen of the door.
----------------- •••• -----------------
I come without being heard, disappear without a trace. I can bring down a ruler with a single word, but can also be the impetus for change. What am I?
a) Voice
b) A lie
c) Truth
----------------- •••• -----------------
"So that's it, there are 3 answer choices with points for each, but the points are not looked at. It's really a brain game, we have to guess the points of each answer ourselves in order to calculate the points we should get."
"The big point must be the correct answer, right? Then..."
Envy pressed answer B.
TIIINGG
[ 10 Points Earned ]
A point notification appeared next to Envy, the door opened and Envy stepped inside. Once Envy was inside, the door turned into a wall like the end of a dead end.
"..... This means we can't go back, huh..." Envy thought.
Envy thought for a moment, "10 points... So the medium point is worth 10 points. Then the probability of small points is 5 points and big points is 15/20 points."
She recalled, with the hourglass-like shape of the Labyrinth (⌛), the more she got to the center of the Labyrinth, the more likely she was to encounter another slave lord.
"The more points I get when answering questions, the longer and more difficult the path becomes. It's troublesome, I lack information about the Labyrinth of Decree itself."
"Judging from the shape of the Decision Labyrinth, it looks like it consists of 2 rounds. Hmm... Okay, that's it. I'll utilize the first round to complete the missing information, and only then focus on completing this Labyrinth in the second round."
"For that, I must not waste any more time."
After deciding on her next move, Envy moved quickly through the Labyrinth. She was also thinking fast so as not to waste too much time.
For questions with answers that she knew exactly which points they were, Envy would tend to choose the medium option. She chose random answers to questions she didn't know the answers to. Sometimes it can result in big points and sometimes small points.
Envy also compares the points she gets, the results of those choices and the differences between each type of question.
As a result, Envy realized that the harder the question, the more points she would get with the same risk as other questions. In a sense, the correct answer to a difficult question (big points) and the correct answer to an easy question (big points), both yield different points, but the same risk. The point is that since the points are the biggest out of the 3 answer options, the path that she will take after answering it will be difficult and long.
Sometimes the risk can make Envy get stuck and spend time in vain, sometimes it can bring up monsters that she has to fight and sometimes it also makes the Labyrinth path more complicated.
Envy also realized that cheating by breaking through walls, jumping over walls and flying were impossible. The walls were made impossible to destroy and there was an electric field above the Labyrinth that prevented players from going through the upper path.
But there was a gap in the field. The field and the end of the Labyrinth wall were a quarter meter apart. That was an impossible distance for a humanoid creature to pass through. However, Envy could utilize that small gap to at least know the floor plan of the Decision Labyrinth.
Envy stayed in place for about 10 minutes to focus on enveloping the entire Labyrinth with the warm air he controlled. The warm air seemed to be reshaping the Decision Labyrinth and channeling the information into Envy's brain. That way, she can instantly know the fastest path to the finish and other paths.
But she had no intention of mapping the path. She would utilize the map depending on the situation and the points she would get. There was nothing good about rushing into a decision without other considerations.
Based on the level of the question, Envy categorizes them as ordinary, difficult and trick questions. Envy will select medium or small point answers for regular questions, large point answers for difficult questions and be cautious with trap question answers.
----------------- •••• -----------------
You are a newly elected leader of a country in economic crisis. You have the choice to implement one of the following three strategies to overcome the crisis. Which one will you choose?
A) Launch an economic stimulus program to boost domestic consumption.
B) Carry out structural reforms to improve the efficiency of the public sector.
C) Restructure the tax system to encourage foreign investment.
----------------- •••• -----------------
"This one is political, huh."
Envy thought for a moment.
This was a difficult type of question with more points. For that, she had to answer correctly.
After knowing the points of each answer and the reasons, Envy chose answer B. Carrying out structural reforms to improve the efficiency of the public sector was the most appropriate answer.
[ 50 Points Earned ]
Sure enough, her answer earned the most points. And in return...
Envy immediately set up a stance as soon as the door opened and he entered. She looked around her with a wary yet calm expression.
"!!"
BRUUUAAAGGHHHH
A sudden attack from a giant red ogre came from the side. The ogre smashed the wall with its club at the same time as Envy.
"Kuhh!"
In order to maintain the balance of the game, every Avatar was set to be at the same level, which was the starting level of Orange. In other words, Envy currently did not even have 10% of her original power.
She was bounced far forward by the ogre's club. Fortunately she had prepared herself, when the ogre hit her, Envy blocked the blow with her sword as much as possible.
But because in terms of strength, they were vastly different, she still bounced off and took damage.
Envy grinned. This went according to her plan, she deliberately made the ogre's attack direction forward instead of the other way. Wasting no time, Envy sped straight for the other door. She had absolutely no intention of fighting the creature.
"The current me should have a hard time fighting that cow. Of course, with my skills, I should be able to defeat it. But that's a waste of time! My opponent is not that ogre, not the other Rulers Avatars either. My true opponent is... Time!"
Envy sped off as fast as she could with the ogre running after her. Envy returned to the intersection, she immediately turned right and answered the question with a small point. The door turned into a wall, but the Ogre slashed through the wall and kept running after Envy.
Fortunately, thanks to Envy's previous calculations, the few doors she encountered were normal questions. She could keep choosing small and medium answers. To her annoyance, the ogre continued to chase her by destroying the walls of the Labyrinth. And amazingly, a few seconds later, the Labyrinth would repair itself so that the walls returned to their original state.
Until the fourth question after meeting the Ogre, Envy encountered a trick question.
