Synopsis
A Soul Without a Path. A Song Without an End.
Mark Bosco was never a man with a future—only a past filled with ghosts. In life, he walked the edge of existence, serving the dead as their executioner. Their vengeance was his mission, their justice his burden. But long before he lost his life, he lost himself.
Music was the only thing that ever made sense. It was his refuge, his escape, the one truth he could cling to when everything else slipped away. It wasn’t just something he played—it was who he was.
Then death came for him.
But instead of oblivion, he woke in chains.
Suspended over the abyss, his soul weighed by unseen hands, he comes before Ereshka, the Goddess of Death, Rebirth, and Judgment. She watches over the lost—the ones without a path, without a place, without a purpose. Some she casts into the void. Others she forces to wander the Wasteland.
But for a rare few, there is a trial.
Those who endure become her Quietus Pactum, bound to her service. Those who fail? They vanish.
Thrown into the Trials of Ereshka, Mark must face more than monsters or gods, he must face himself. His past is not forgotten, and neither are the choices that led him here. Every trial forces him to confront the truth of his existence, to prove whether he is worthy of a second chance, or if he was always meant to fade away.
But Mark isn’t looking for salvation. He isn’t looking for redemption.
He just refuses to let the story end.
