Is it better to be merciful or just? With the war over and the orcs defeated, the human republic and elven kingdom must come up with the terms of peace.  However, the human minister and elven ambassador operate on competing philosophies.  Provide justice for the dead, or mercy to prevent conflict for those not yet born?
