The Thermal Implant is a post-apocalyptic story about Johnson, one of the last survivors. The implant he's carrying in his backpack is made of his daughter. Tempo Soldiers took her from him and turned her into the special gadget. He's intended to reach the world edge. Legends foretell that the world will return to normal once someone crosses its boundary. But it's not so easy. An organization of lunatics with technological implants helping them to survive, Tempo Soldiers, won't ever let anyone do so.
