Drakkel Fin was once the most promising Sword Fighter in the world, thought to be only second in skill to the strongest Sword Fighter in the world, his master, Rodius Fowl. But when a fight that should have been a simple spar, became a crushing defeat, he lost everything that he held dear. Now a simple beggar on the street who does odd jobs for money, he is content with his life. But a ghost of his past finds him and drags him back into that which he turned away from. Traveling with the one who defeated him, he begins to realize that the loss he suffered wasn't as it seemed.
