An over stressed circuit, made from ancient stones set upon a magical node( ley line). Can no longer contain the worlds magic and ruptures releasing a massive wave of mana. The massive wave of mana starts from Stonehenge and rapidly spreads causing the inactive supernatural genes within the human species to activate and cause rapid and massive changes.
