The protagonist loses his family in a car accident when he's eleven.  Fifteen years later he dies in a logging accident.  When he wakes up, he finds himself in another world, chased by demons and angels alike.  It turns out heaven is a place where demons buy and trade human souls, and angels are highly-valued enforcers, controlled by the demons who hold their slave contracts.  As the protagonist is reunited with his sister, he gets caught in a turf war that threatens to shake the foundations of both heaven and earth.  But is this really heaven after all?
