This massive sci-fi project began over 10 years ago. I am only re-editing it, not re-writing it. This means there may be major grammatical and even canonical errors that a 16-year old version of me made. Oh well. What a fool. :] In the far future, Humans have failed their Earth. The few thousand left had built one last colony ship but it left them stranded on the distant planet of Gloom. Here, a scientist grew obsessed with a newfound energy molecule that seemed to solve nearly every technological problem that Humans had encountered in the past. He experimented on himself and learned he could infuse himself with this new energy to exploit the world to his liking. Soon his experimentation led to a militarized army that controlled the vast cities across Gloom. His madness ended when he experimented on one last human; A pregnant woman of pure innocence. She died giving birth to a child with terrible power, but not before ensuring his safety with the leader of a rebellious military outfit who would stop at nothing to bring peace to the world. This is the story of Siphon; the child.
