Lee was kidnapped when he was 10 years old by a terrist group that planned to use him along with other kids they kidnapped as weapons against their parents who are all government agents or officials.  After a year of being experimented on by a mad scientist the kids get rescued by the agency.  Unfortunately many of already had the brainwashing in place and murdered their own parents.  Most of them had physical bombs set to go off after there parents were murdered.  All of them had been memory wiped so they had no memory of their family. So the agencies took their children and gave them to different specialist in curing brainwashing to raise.
