No one knows exactly why it happened.  Many believe that some weird gas used during WW1 which caused a change in many of the solders and civilians who survived. When they came back from war and began to have children something strange happened in a few cases.  Now it is clear.  Super Powers exist for about 1 in every 100,000 people. Some people born with them choose to use them for well paid jobs with their government that involve police work, security or military purposes.  This is a story about the world that this incredible change has brought and someone who wants to make a difference but has no super powers. See this world through his eyes and his experiences with hypocrisy, beaucracy, corruption, betrayl and murder. A gritty, dark and adult oriented super hero story with a bit of a noir edge.
